How Hypnosis Works
Every day while you are alert and awake, your conscious mind is taking in information and feeding it to your subconscious. Your subconscious does not analyze the information it just stores it for later use. A few things happen at this juncture; 1) because the information is not analyzed, it can be put into the wrong place in the subconscious, and 2) if the subconscious is fed the same information repeatedly it will accept it as truth even if it is not.

90-95% of your thoughts are based in your subconscious, so if there is inaccurate information in your subconscious, then your thoughts will be flawed. This can create a perception of yourself, or others, that is not true.

Hypnosis allows you to go into a deep meditative state, where I am able to communicate with you on a subconscious level. We then work together to correct inaccurate information and produce change.

With Hypnotherapy, you can create better self-esteem, overcome depression, anxiety, bad habits, fears and negative self talk.
Perhaps you would like to have a better understanding of past lives. We can accomplish this through regression therapy.

Myths
Hypnosis is not like you may have seen on T.V. or in the movies. I do not wave a watch in front of your face. You are not asleep, unconscious or "knocked out". You are in a meditative state. A balance between your conscious and subconscious, that you naturally enter every day as you fall asleep.
