Lori is a certified Life Coach specializing in Hypnotherapy, PSYCH-K, and Reiki to create a holistic experience and lasting change.
Lori has been a Certified Hypnotherapist since 2001, obtaining training through the New England Institute of Hypnotherapy under Jo Ana Starr PhD.

As a PSYCH-K facilitator, I am able to assist you in the integration of both your conscious, and subconscious minds. Allowing you to balance your beliefs, and change your perceptions.

As a Reiki practitioner, I am able to assist you to eliminate your body of negative and stagnating energy.

Many people ask me, what is a life coach exactly? Just a mentor? A cheerleader?
As far as I am concerned, No.

I am here as a guide. I am here to shine a light on the true authentic person that you are. To enable you to rediscover your connection with your true, authentic self.
